Do you charge to come out?
The diagnostic visit is $89, and we waive it if you go ahead with the repair. Estimates for a new system are free.
How soon can you get here?
Most weekday calls get a visit the same day or the next morning. In a heat wave we keep a list and call you with a time window, so you’re not left guessing.
Should I repair my system or replace it?
If it’s under about 10 years old and the repair is a fraction of the cost of a new one, we’ll usually tell you to repair it. If it’s older, uses R-22 refrigerant or keeps breaking, we’ll show you the numbers for both and let you decide.
